I love the look of them with tails. We dont have one yet, but we're getting one in November. The pup's mom was bred the other day, we're picking ours based on looks alone (bad I know), but we have to because we asked that she leave the tail intact... no docking. We're excited. We hope ours is a female red merle, because I love the color and I like female dogs better, they're more cuddly :)

I also really love the look of them with tails! It's illegal to dock them here in Sweden. Good luck with your aussie! I'm shore that she will be beautiful!

what if they're naturally born with a docked tail? or imported from america with a docked tail? would they be disqualified from sweden's dogs shows?
iplehguitar 3 years ago
They will not be disqualified from dog shows if they're born without tails(his mother doesn't have a tail and is a conformation champion). I'm not sure but I think there are new rules in Sweden that they will be disqualified if they are imported with docked tails.
