Can we learn from our childhood?!
Synopsis:
It is a known fact that the world holds the people of India in great admiration for the way they cherish and uphold the values of freedom, democracy, secularism, equality and social justice. But, with the various unfortunate events that have covered the country in a ghastly cloud of hatred, bloodshed, mistrust and insecurity, the existence of these very constitutional rights that an Indian enjoys as soon as he is born have come under question. Why are we fighting in the name of a particular God? What is it that differentiates one religion from another? Why cant we live peacefully without making an issue about colour or status?
It is we who can make this end. The change that is so vociferously talked about needs to come from within us. Religion is not the terrorist but it is those who have misinterpreted its teachings. It cannot be used as a weapon to prove ones superiority over the other. We need to refrain from pointing fingers. We need to fight it out as One. And for this, we all need to pledge ourselves to one religion, which preaches equality, tolerance, harmony and bliss Humanity.
Keeping in line with our belief, we have made a short Public Service film which will make one stop and think; Is it really worth - All this fighting and pointing fingers? The film puts forth the message of harbouring peace and harmony in our society. Hence, we have used children in the film because at their innocent age they dont even know what caste, creed, race or colour means. We intend to connect with the people from whose life the humanitarian aspect seems to have gone missing.
