Horizons is a program in which undergraduate and medical students at Case Western Reserve University work with students at mc2STEM high school in Cleveland, Ohio, to immerse them to the field of medicine with the intention of improving academic achievement. The capstone project is the creation of a public service announcement on either type 2 diabetes mellitus (10th graders) or sexually transmitted infections (11th graders).
