  • Absolutely. I couldn't agree more. In fact, this isn't even soft work--this is just instruction. Soft work is a continuous unchoreographed exchange that increases resistance and speed towards eventual pressure testing. I will respnd in greater detail to the email you send to give more specifics which length here do not permit. Talk more soon ;)

  • I like your vids, but you are not showing real combatants going full force. There is a big difference between systema training in soft work and having a determained attacker come after you. I am a fromer US Marine and Federal Agent. I train in Systema Twice a week fo two years, I believe in systema and still in real world application its hard to do.
