so whats up with the gay ass bike? wtf is the big crome circle on the side the vid is so crappy you cant make anything out and i love the cheap body accents you put on right but is missing them on the left side you get them at checkers i say them their to day and was wondering why any one would want them. the flames are cool but its a katana so they just come off as really cheezy

its good to see people who take pride in what they ride, no matter what the bike is, and people do love to hate on katana's i know i own a 750 katana myself. but the friends i ride with know the kat is a respectable sport touring bike, and when some ass trys to say something mean about my kat my friends shut them down like "dude, that bike is quick" lol or that bike launches mean, whatever, its a bike and thats what matters, nice work bro!

and yes i am american and i am saying we have huge egos. i see more and more dumb kids going out and getting gsxr's, R6's, and CBR's as forst bikes. its dumb. they end up dead. and then after 6 months they feel confident about getting a 1000 or a busa. its dumb if you ask me. the katana is a great bike. for beginners or veterans

135 is elievable and relatively easy to do. Since I did some mods to my 600 Kat, it NEEDS more gearing so I'm going up one tooth on front sprocket, then I shouldn't be looking for 7th gear ;o)

@matthias2986 i know what you mean. i have a 600 and love it. even though its top speed is 130, and all my friends bikes can hit 175+, they dont hate on it. its a great bike

first off i payed less than 1/2 of there bikes, it gets better mpg, and after our 6 hour ride through the Allegheny national forest, im the only one who can still walk the next day.

and did you know its the only bike to be on the top 100 best bikes and top 100 worst bikes of some bike magazine`s list ^^

@6Edwards36 Your speedo is off. Get a GPS on there, and you'll see it's only about 130-135 in reality. And yes, I do know. I own one.

@vladdesa would agree on that I got a 1989 model one and it goes well and is ok to ride for 100 miles no problem and no worrys of any fuel injection or ecu problems that newer bikes seem to get..A personalised number plate on mine and you would struggle to tell its 20+ years old..

@R0CKS0X Older moldels are pretty good, got mine up just above 200km. I prefer the lights on the older models. I have a mint condition 1990 that runs like a beauty and is quite fast. Its my first bike, although I've ridden different models. I actually prefer the 1990 over a new suzuki that I rode. It is very hard to stall as it is easy on the clutch and the seating is quite unusually comfy.
