Users will deem the information "spammy" and untrustworthy and will begin to seek their information elsewhere. It is a sad thought and a possibility I would hate to see become a reality. Thank you for letting me rant, I hope it didn't seem to harsh, but believe me this is coming from the heart, I LOVE YOU GUYS. You have created yet another awesome and amazing product, now it is time to step up and keep it that way.

As a lover of Google Places (the product NOT the support) I feel that Google desperately needs to invest resources into resolving these issues that concerned citizens such as myself take the time to report. These issues obviously cannot be picked up by your bots and need to (currently) be detected by human eyes. My fear is that if no one attempts to clean up these issues, that what I consider to be the MOST valuable resource for SMB's on the web, will be rendered useless...

in reference to the last part of this video and reporting a problem... I do this at least 20 times a week, from competitors who are spamming to problems with merging and inaccurate information my own listings. I have been doing this regularly for about two to three months now. Not ONE of the issues that I have reported using this option have been fixed. I understand that there are a lot of listings out there, but seriously you are GOOGLE if you can't do this who can?
