i make my Khaub Poob totally different but omg Khaub poob in general no matter the twists are sooooo delicious. i like it better than Pho.

I am Cambodian and I love Kapoon. Also, I love the different ways that Thai, Laos, Hmong, and Cambodians have made this dish. They all have their own twist for curry and noodles. But I have never seen or tasted a Vietnamese version. Hopefully, I will get to try it one day. I honestly don't know why people even care where it came from. There are all kinds of curries from different country because we all love curry. (^_^)

this is Hmong food! Wanna know why?cause it was bought by a hmong person and made by one!
For example when americans have a typical american dinner with say pizza or spahghetti, they aren't eating italian food, its american cause they made it! or when they eat a hamburger ( hamburgers originated form Hamberg germany), its a typical american food. so this is typical hmong food!
