My homemade recipe for making empanadas de picadillo, Cuban style.

Ingredients for Dough:

3 Cups flour
2 Tablespoons sugar
1 Teaspoon salt
8 tablespoons white cooking wine
8 ounces shortening, butter, lard, or margarine (8 ounces = 1 full stick of butter/margarine)
2 eggs
