why is everyone fighting for, i remember the days phones just rang and all u needed to keep your self busy was the game snake :P its funny everyone fights over phones, why do you think they release many phones every month? because different phone suite different life styles and people,some like big smart phones like the n series nokia or music and camera phones from Sony,gaming phones like iphone or the emailing king blackberry, there all good, give credit to the manufactures :)

Pearl is sleak, but doesn't do anything near what the BOLD or the Storm can do.

How is anyone too thick to understand a fact? (that the bold is expensive) You should re-read what you write.

If you don't like the touch feature, maybe BOLD is for you, but don't play it off although it's all about the stupid adapter.

You missed my point completely here. its not the price, its the convenience to have a universal port! I bought pearl becoz its sleak and does the job. and now I am more inclined to buy bold rather than storm. and FYI bold is expensive too. but never mind.. you are too thick to understand that.

I ask the same question.... WHY?? I use pearl and its awesome that I charge it with USB cable, the pop the same cable into camera and the same again on a portable harddisk drive. I think every device should have the same port... it was supposed to be "universal" serial bus you idiot CEOs!!!
