@KIBITKO Well yeah, there might be a lot of people who enjoy the combat, but for me I think it doesn't quite fit. It's interrupting the cool stylish movement gameplay. I don't want to shoot people when I am in the middle of jumping across those skyscrapers.

@FubaredProductions I hope they'll take it out completely. Mirror's Edge does not need any kind of combat. Enemies, yeah, but evading them is the way to go.
