I heard Daniel Hannan at a meeting in New Zealand , where he is visiting family . He is in touch with people's needs collectively & individually . He has correctly identified the real agenda for world government by many behind the climate change debate . He clearly supports more direct democracy such as CIR. He was misinformed about New Zealand's population - he thought it was only 3 million , when it is over 4 million . Otherwise , he was excellently informed .
I am from Slovakia and I am amazed by the rhetorical skill of the British politicians. Do they prepare their speeches and learn them by heart? They are brisk, they are lively, they are well-structured and have a point. When a Slovakian politician starts to speak, get yourself a cushion, because you are going to be asleep in a twinkling of an eye.
If Labour Win the next Election the UK is on a one way street to the IMF! I would quote the front of the Sun in 1992 "Would the last person to leave Britain Please turn out the lights if Brown wins."
The EU: Winners(Get out more than they put in): Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Rep. of Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden. Losers (pay more than they get back): The UK, Germany.
Former governor Howard Dean is an advocate of blending Capitalism with Socialism. I just saw a video of him saying that several days ago. I can provide the link if you want to see that video. I'd have to look for it. It might have been on You Tube, I don't recall now.
Thanks for the reply. I would be interested to see that. Thinking now that in the UK we have had private input into state run public services for some time. A bizarre example would be, that a South African private mobile eye surgery unit did operate within the NHS. One other point would be, that finding a radical difference in policy between the Labour and Conservative parties in the UK has become increasingly difficult.
