Titan salvage is either the only salvage company that the oregon Govt would allow to handle this or titan salvage is milking the oregon Govt for million. All that was really needed was one salvage barge with a crane and a team of cutters.After they cut this wreck to the waterline then pump out the engine room an remove the engines.the rear half would have floated after this(stuck in the sand my butt,what a con job).They then drag it to the beach and saw up the rest of it.What a rip off con job.
