@CRISNCHIPS12398 According to Gerard he wrote the song about Mikey about 2 weeks after Mikey had left the band and moved out of the house. He poured all his thoughts about Mikey's health and his anger and his worry into the song with help from Ray and Famous Last Words was the result. When Mikey heard it he fell back in love with his band and rejoined.
