Flash and Illustrator CS3 (No. 26)

In a bizarre attempt to play the didgeridoo, Mike stumbles across a Flash CS3 animation technique. Using Blends in Illustrator Keyframes and a dodgey motion guide. Flashes new interface is explored quickly then some great new features exposed. This is an easy introduction to the new Flash.

Thank you very much, um, how do you get from Illustrator CS3 and jump back to Flas? I see you imported from Ai to Flash here, but I don't know how to get to Flash from CS3 in the first place. Could you please inform me? :)
