and, hey. this program has existed since '88 and has been supported by liberals *and* conservatives for doing things like teaching children to write. it was going strong before Obama was a blip on anyone's radar and has been affected relatively little by his presidency. what kind of sane person jumps from "I didn't hear about this until after Obama" and "red scares me" to "oh god a fascist army" without doing any real research into it and just gobbles it up?

has it struck anyone that they're responding negatively mostly because this video itself is sensationalist propaganda? it's just slipping by you because it uses the right buzz words and appeals to fears that you have, so you don't bother doing any fact checking.

honestly, guys, if you want to take a stand against "sheeple", you should probably start by critically analyzing everything that comes your way, even if the kneejerk response is to agree with it.
