A Dissipative Particle Dynamics (DPD) simulation of a single semiflexible polymer of length 40 subunits. DPD is a simulation technique that accounts for the polymer-solvent interaction by simulating the solvent explicitly.

Visualization performed with Visual Molecular Dynamics (Humphrey, W., Dalke, A. and Schulten, K., "VMD - Visual Molecular Dynamics", J. Molec. Graphics, 1996, vol. 14, pp. 33-38, http://www.ks.uiuc.edu/Research/vmd/ )
and VideoMach software.
