i have 2 golden retievers.its funny cuz 1 of them is the sweetest, lovable, playful, and hyper dog ive ever known. i've never seen him mad or growl or anything. i thought he just wasnt a real guard dog more like a friend. one day i had a party at my house and i went to the garage to check on my dogs. a guy went in with me, he said he wanted to see my dogs. as soon as he walked in my dog growled like never before. bared his teeth and everything and the guy left. maybe he sensed something...

that i couldnt...because i had never seen him act like that before in my life. there have been guys over before and he never growled at them, he was more shy around them. i love my dogs to death, it might sound wierd and a little exagerrated, but i would risk my life to save my dogs. he probably saved me from whatever that guy was planning to do. dogs really are mans and womans best friend..<3
