  • Haha, thanks :) I lucked out yesterday...temp went all the way into the low 40's! ..still not a day on the beach but WAY better than 20's and 30's. You too my friend!

  • I don't know but me and my homie Woody Harrelson proved them ALL wrong...LOL! Heck yeah, I workout most mornings at 6:15am and always go hard at Crossfit..

  • Hey thanks! Hahaha...yeah, it was absolutely a giant stretch for me! ..and it was certainly more challenging after finding out how wobbly the red picnic table was...lol! :-)

  • Correct. Smaller portions more frequently, rather than GIANT portions only 2-3 times a day, etc...and actually it was this funny middle aged dude that kept looking at me funny...LOL!
