We have been pacing the floor for months trying to come up with a vehicle for local

Poets, and Artists (Those who are yet to explode nationally) to gain exposure, meet

and greet, and learn tips from "seasoned" masters. What we came up with was

Poettube--. Not just an online experience, but a movement. Ever since we left our

show at TouchFM we have been trying to figure, what would be the best way to

keep in touch with the "Socio-Spiritual" Conscious arts scene. This is the baby we

have worked so hard to birth.. and my "Special Purpose" still hurt !!! (PUN)

** Now it is our understanding that this has never been done before, well at least

not like this... well if so don't tell us !

We could use your help !

No $$$$ Involved! (Well unless you feel like selling CD's).

We have some very Innovative Ideas on promotion, in motion and would like to

share them with you. Bear in mind the primary should be Exposure !!! and the when

the world knows your name like Tide, or Tampax. They will be beating down your

door to support you.
WHAT WE NEED...

We need you to signup, and evaluate the site. (We intend to heavily advertise, in

2008 , so we need as much feedback as possible when the crowds come. AND THEY

WILL COME !!!!

We need you to visit the sites sponsors. (The reality is, that the site cost money to

produce and host, and while it is free to you. We ask that you spend a few minutes

clicking on whatever strikes your fancy)

We are in need of consistent Web Design. (We cannot do all of the aspects of this

thing alone and are open to partnerships that do not necessarily require $$$$.

I'm white, and though i'm no racist, i think that the word "Nigger" isn't that offensive... black people use it all the time to adress each other in songs or even on the street. so i think it's a bit of hypocritism to forbid others to use it. Don't get me wrong i KNOW people use it to try to be offensive, but they're just stupid... people need to realise that it's not always racism, EVERYONE makes jokes about people of other colour/culture or anything... but it's not racism, it's a JOKE

I'm white, I agree with you completely. I don't think the word "Nigger" should be used anymore. It's nothing but a racist ungodly word, used to discriminate blacks. Though it's hard to forget about the word when present day music artists use it in their lyrics. Because some whites use the word "Nigger", because of where I live, most African-Americans see me as another white racist just because of my skin. I mean, we have a mixed president in office now in the US.
