Workout:
1. Break Dance Pushup -- 10 Pushups or more
2. Walking DB Swings -- SA -- 15 Each Arm or more
3. Bear Crawl with DB's and Back, Side Shuffle Burpee with DB's X 6 or more
4. Single Arm Squat Touch Down Press -- 15 Each Arm or more
5. Bent Over Squat Double Rows -- 15 Reps or more
6. Alternating Rows with Lunge Pulses - 15 Double each arm, each leg.. or more
7. Walking Lunge (or alternating Lunge), Hold and ALT Bicep Curl -- end to end
8. Plank Curls -- 10 Each Arm
go through 1 to 3 rounds... Rest as needed!
