Tornado / Funnel on Achill Island, Ireland

Spotted this small tornado / funnel cloud when we were on holidays on Achill Island (off the west coast of Ireland). 1pm Thursday 15th July 2010. Ireland is not noted for tornadoes, so this was a bit of an exceptional event. Taken from outside Mastersons Bar / Restaurant on Golden Strand on the north of Achill.
Didn't see it coming down, but it's just going back up in this video
