Deep conditioning. WONT REPAIR DAMAGED HAIR IF ITS ALREADY BADLY. DAMAGED U WILL NEED TO CUT OFF AS MUCH OF THE DAMAGED HAIR HAIR AS POSSIBLE AND START OVER ITS A FACT

@Mayaflower9 this can be done after a shampoo if your hair is too oily. but you preferably want your hair dry

Just a tip...you can always flip your head upside down (make sure your hair is wet with normal conditioner in it), wrap a plastic grocery bag around you hair and clip in the back. Then you just keep a blow drier on the medium heat setting about 1 inch away from your hair for 30 mins. Make sure you heat every part of your hair and just watch TV to pass the time...works everytime for me and I have thick, curly, dyed hair. (only do this once every month)

@MrGrinch411 normaly when anyone moves to a new area with a different climate its VERY important to also change the products you use since now your hair will react differently. since you moved somewhere dryer, you need products with more moisture! make sure after a shampoo your hair doesnt feel like straw, also make sure you are you conditioner! use a leave in conditioner too. if you blowdry or flatiron make sure you are using a heat protector to help prevent split ends.
