my usage is 4 hours 40 minutes, standby 18 hours 13 minutes, and battery life 27%

@geetarspaz weird, i guess the usage depends on the things you do on the phone...

i just use it for texting mainly. but, i found out it was one of the 4.1/4.2 updates. has to do with the signal issues that people were having, so one of those updates had something in it where the iphone tries a lot harder and uses more power to keep the signal higher. my friend on 4.0 gets excellent battery life, while me, on 4.2.1 gets horrible compared to hers. we both do same usage, texting mainly and sometimes using internet.

is this real or not? coz my iphone 4 can last only for half a day with intensive usage.. wow my stand by doesnt even reach 10 hrs
