first is the silence of the city of the future.... nothing (after the disaster)... then, everyone starts waking up and getting out of their broken houses to rebuild (the joyful parade is back).... Soon, the city goes back to it<s greyish normal low on cash state...

Everyone sees this as a post apocalyptic music, but i think of the future Los Angeles from the movie blade runner, with huge skyscrapers, not a utopia, but not a dystopia. Something in between. The world is corrupt, but there is still a future...
