hooray for math! just add it up and then divide it equally. im not a commie. fair is fair, look at india, and they dont eat beef, they have over a billion people and growing. if you get on a plane you will see empty space everywhere. and big rivers, fresh water ones. in america we have so much good farmland we pay land owners not to farm, while people are starving all over the world. we have empty houses that need to be sold across this country and two families sharing an apartment. ecomic fraud

You could fit everyone into Loch Ness but the videomaker asked the wrong question, they should have asked could everyone survive at a decent standard of living in Ontario. The answer is a firm NO.With the entire planet available we still only have an average standard of living of that of a botswanan or guatemalan and 1 billion starving. In 2006, humanity's total ecological footprint was estimated at 1.4 planet Earths:so humanity uses ecological services 1.4 times as fast as Earth can renew them.

@Fridaey13txhOktober Greenhouses in sahara?! Soil? water? p.s.You don't need a greenhouse when it's already hot enough
-
Cover the Sahara with greenhouses, enough food for 6 or 8 billions.

Also, you give TOO much credit to humans, and are a bit TOO over-used to the idea of the "magic pill",some solution that comes and solves problems, yet you forget about endless side affects and waste formed in production.
So far, every solution made by humanity only caused further damage,to seriously believe that the current problems will be solved with some technology or some manipulation of science,is basically being sick with hubris-your pride in your race lead you to believe they can conquer all

@JRD123456 Sarcasm...how lovely
-
@vmorgun I say the problem is not overpopulation(yet) it's overgrown abuse of everything that humans can get their hands on.
Overall, for me even 1 thousand people is TOO MUCH,but it's not overpopulation.
7 billion=A Horrible Plague to Life, yet still it's not overpopulation
The real issue,is how people tread themselves and other things-and that is indeed one massive terror.
And it's funny that those with "fortune" are those who easily rape the entire planet for profit or some other agenda.
Shame.

Overall,I don't like humanity-and their affects to others things tend to be like a form of plague.
The people who pull the strings will seek their family to keep doing it,so good point.
And the people who pull the strings, are also the same guys who order to cut off entire woods,to create massive farms that ravage the land, waste resources and tend to pollute with chemicals, they also are responsible for animals suffering.
Yet,the real problem-is that the rest of humanity are letting them do that.

HA HA HA HA HOW AMERICANICAL " YES AMERICAN PEOPLE WILL STOP IT " are you stupid , americans are raised as PIGS BESIDES AMERICANS WILL NOT BE TOUCHED BECAUSE BIRTH RATE ARE NOT ENOUGH GOOD AND AMERICANS CAN BE REPLACED BY IMMIGRANTS AND THEY WILL BE AND IF YOU DARE TO RESIST YOU ARE RACIST.

@OrthodoxDarwinist humanity hasn't ever lived in a symbiotic relationship with the environment. The last time that could be said to be true about our ancestors we wouldn't have called them human.
The level at which a population is considered over-popuated is more than just number of people. It is a dynamic thing that varies with numerous variables (global and local) such the ability to feed, live healthily, and sustain ourselves. We may all be able to fit in a small geographic location (quite uncomfortably), but famine, disease, and civil disputes over property/resources would drastically reduce that number, quickly.

@gimmetheremote16 You assume they would live quite uncomfortably, I think you give little faith to what humans are capable of given particular circumstances. I'm certainly not suggesting this is something we should do. The rest of the planet would be available for food, we've developed science enough to reduce death by disease, and the guy who knows how to fix you up doesn't live far away incidentally. I get what you mean though. I'm just trying to expose what they sell you, and make you think.

The Sahara desert is bigger than the U.S., see how much food you can growth out there...
JRD123456 9 months ago
@JRD123456 hmmmmm who would fare better, if we all went to Ontario and you went to the Sahara? Although I'm sure you'd have more peace and quiet in this scenario do you think you could last a week out there?

This video is so stupid I don't know where to begin.
It's not about how many people can fit into a certain piece of land, the problem is how can humanity live in a symbiotic relationship with the environment, without us completelt decimating it like we currently are.
Idiot like this will be content to completely destroy the world because they believe their invisible sky daddy is going to come and take them to paradise before everything is destroyed. They are environmental psychopaths.

@OrthodoxDarwinist Your comment is so stupid I don't know where to begin, I don't believe I will be anything more than worm food when I die. I probably live a greener lifestyle than you. This video is to depict that the global corporate bastards responsible for wars, slavery, starvation, indoctrination etc. are the people pulling the strings, and they are trying to convince you that the sky is going to fall on your head any day now. it's a politically distorted truth, and you buy it fool.
