Video 1: Attack on Sarif HQ / Game Prologue / Tutorial Mission

GreasedScotsman here. This is a full stealth walkthrough of the tutorial mission where the goal isn't just to avoid raising alarms or avoid detection, but to also complete the level without disturbing anything--no bullets, stuns, crossbow bolts or shotgun shells fired, and no lethal/non-lethal takedowns performed.

The only exceptions to this self-imposed challenge will be those that are game-forced, like boss fights. In other cases where you're forced to come face-to-face with the enemy during a dialog, I'll opt for a non-lethal outcome whenever possible.

I plan to try this style of gameplay for the main missions of DXHR. Enjoy.

@nateedubs I thought so, too, but honestly, because I've been far more diligent about exploring this time around, I have way more XP than I could ever want or need. It's nuts. I also have a better sense of what abilities to get, which helps. I didn't waste points in takedown batteries, recharge rate, double-takedown or radar range, for example.

@SketchupSchool I don't want to constantly talk as I somewhat appreciate the silence... adds to the stealthy atmosphere, in my view. I try to strike a balance and tend to pipe up if I feel something needs to be pointed out from a tutorial perspective.

@ehcmier As for full video length... not sure. I didn't keep the original footage as FRAPS at 720p 45 FPS takes up about 4GB per 3 minutes of footage. :)

in the room at 11:13 you can simply jump the barrier and fall to the lower level if you're running and beat the guards in to the room, then crouch around the backs of the aisles. WAY faster.
