Investigation of Atlanta Mayor Kasim's Reed Brother

This video is from Atlanta Channel 2 WSBTV (http://www.wsbtv.com/) The News Channel is looking into allegations that Atlanta Mayor Kasim Reed's brother received special privileges involving a 2006 Ford Taurus which he was allowed to drive home over the weekend even while having a suspended Drivers license for 5 Years. The video alleges sloppy paper work and two top level officials with the authority to release vehicles into city employee possession mishandled paper work against specific policy rules which outline instruction. The mayors brother has been detained twice by Atlanta Police for suspended drivers license how ever each time Major Brian Mitchell of Zone 3 released Tracy even though a court ordered warrant had been issued for his arrest.
