after watching my mom have open heart surgery, i got to see what it would likely be like for me if i continued eating fast food, so i stopped for a week using willpower, and it made me sick to eat after that, so it's basically totally gone from my life now. this is down from near-daily consumption.
after a month without it, you probably won't ever go back. at least, that's been my experience.

Hey man keep up the diet! Glad to hear your feeling a lot healthier, but for sure hit up the gym. You don't need to get crazy at all, just go like 3 times a week 30 min walking on the Tred, and 30 min lifting some weights. I heard that gyms in Japan are outrageously expensive tho.
