These homeowners lost everything they owned except their land due to the Corp's ineptness. Now that same Corps wants to just take away the land rights from these same people. SHAME ON YOU CORPS OF ENGINEERS, Orleans Levee District (OLD) and South-East Louisiana Flood Protection Authority (SELFPA).

Watching the vid is interesting. You clearly see the contractor look up several times in the beginning of the video like someone who knows what there doing is wrong.
