If you had installed NET Framework 2.0 after IIS was already installed, you would not have to run the "aspnet_regiis" command... I have never needed to do this command, except once when some performance counters were corrupt.

Bjørn, thanks for making and posting these screencasts.
Recommendation: Use Camtasia Studio to zoom in the pertinent parts of the screen so that what you are typing in is visible even at the smaller size.
