@UnmuffledRyan Not really...They are light, have awesome traction and a huge catalog of aftermarket parts available. I think most of the Ghias I know of are pretty fast...

Ghia is about 150 pounds more than the bug due to the handbuilt bodywork (wider, more seams and filler). They will be slower off the line, but have a better top end with the aerodynamics. 60 foot times get hurt most with the extra weight.

didn't make myself clear, difficult in comparison to a beetle i mean. a 12 second motor in a bug is like a 13.5 second motor in a ghia. strange but ive seen it.

WHAAAAATTT!!!???? It's a Volkswagen! They're actually quite easy to make quick!!! :) But yes this Ghia is bad-ass for sure, VERY nicely done. :) :)
