A remake of the Super Famicom SRW3, using SRW F and F Final system.

This game is my all-time SRW favorite. This is where the trilogy of Super Robot Wars begins.

The game is not easy to play. It only has 30 something stages, but each stage has its uniqueness. The 4 bosses were very strong and very hard to play against, and the story continues to SRW EX, SRW 4 and all the way to SRW F and F Final.

This clip shows some of the robots that other SRW games don't have, and some attacks I find interesting.

I also added the original SFC SRW3 secret stage (you need to finish the game under 317 rounds...it's almost impossible but I know some ppl have done it).

  • umm i have a question. does the secret last stage exist in the ps1 version?

  • Yes, I think so. If you finish the game in 317 turns (or 320?) you would be able to go to the secret stage.

  • this game is so good... but then the newer versions is sucking so much.. i think the old ones r better..

  • totally agree. super famicom version is still one of the best

  • How can this be consider better than the likes of Alpha series, MX, and Z with its boring, outdate graphics and weak plot?

  • You have to take a certain route and get under a certain number of turns.

  • The trick to getting the secret ending is simply not take any optional side-levels. It's really not that hard.

  • Same here. I'm gonna try and stumble through SRT:OGs once I'm done with SRW:Alpha Gaiden

  • lol

thats a guy. He supposed to be a really young kid.

  • The remake's a huge improvement, SNES version don't got voice over, and the attacks far from being as nice.. *sigh too bad i only playing SNES version

  • I'm playing the SNES version now

  • Plus you have to go a certain route. You have to take the route that involves getting Quatro, Have Shu at the end of the last stage, and gotten there in a certain number of turns.

  • ~17:48. Wendolo's voice...ick. I like how he sounds in OGs. Mega Flasher looks pretty cool. Still my favorite chest beam, period.

  • Hell, I never even know you could change out the pilots. I can't read Japanese, so I just counted myself lucky I figured out how to play at all.
