@asvvampire i know it is placed in a state building, but the people who placed it would have been a private contractor who sets up digital archiving systems and book scans. a mac can connect to a UNIX server
@mjxc1627 no this "digital archiving system" you speak of is placed at city/count/state buildings, ya know the ones that keep all the records? And yes they use windows. They connect their windows computers to their Unix servers (not mac servers, servers that you see in refridgerators). Dont try to think you know this kid, IT is my area of expertise and i am simply providing the facts i find
@asvvampire and what is a "birth certificate place"? a digital archiving system is different that your typical home flatbed scanner. a private contracted company would have been hired to set up their archiving system for the state, they have a dedicated system for this process and there is no reason that a mac could not be connected to that setup
@mjxc1627 my OCR was able to detect all the text properly and then some :P oh and btw this document was made a mac computer, which hospitals and birth certificate places use windows and IBM NOT MAC, MAC is used by HOME users with good deals of extra money to put into their computer
@asvvampire the scan algorithms do the best they can, they have thousands of documents to scan, it would not be possible for someone to manually check fix and correct every error made before it was sent to the database. the computer doesn't know what a signature is, all it does is lift what it detects as data, makes a vectorized conversion and places it back in its original location.
@mjxc1627 Did you forget to question the programs ability to erase and SIGN document portions? Which would create layers precisely like the ones shown when analyzed in illustrator.
@mjxc1627 scan imports are highly unreliable. If they wanted to do a scan import they would have set templates for the types of birth certificates so that it doesnt miss numbers.
open the file in Acrobat, click the drop down arrow next to the search bar. open full acrobat search. search "Hussein" and a message will appear. click ok to run character analysis and it will run the OCR and you can search the document. this shows how an image can be converted into digital layers. Now search "address". zero results, now search "add" and you get 3 results! the same artifact error shown on the layers. DEBUNKED
Hawaii has digitized their document database, the reason the layers exist is due to the scan import. It is not just like scanning a photo of your kid at the beach. The software attempts to correctly group and select text from the document to be sure that it is a legible scan for the records. The groups and layer are so random and spastic that no one with half a brain and the ability to fake a document like this would do it this way.If they had to fake it, it would have been better than this
