Hey it's a great song about ANZAC spirit and the shit those vietnam vets experienced over there. Don't fucking argue and talk shit about the cover, it's the song that counts.

Good song, and this is not a bad cover. Hearing young aussie voices in the crowd proudly singing it is the best part. You can have all your nonsense political arguments but this is about aussie boys fighting foreign wars, as we do, and do well !

Looks like many of you have been mislead or don't know all the facts. The song was written by John Schumann of Redgum who was not a Vet, but a Marxist communist and made no secret of being a supporter to Communist North Vietnam.
The song did make it publicly known that Agent Orange was causing serious problems as was PTSD. These issues effecting Veterans for too many years was ignored and hidden by our government.
