hey when painting a pic in watercolour like the one in the video, would you paint the background first or last?

Just out of interest I heard you refer to it as sometimes 'my miki falls' does that also mean that you design the story? I'm not quite sure how the production line works but i thought artists would be a seperate part.

also if you do the inking first and you put too much water on your brush the ink might spread. thumbs this up so everyone can see
