It DOESN'T MATTER if someone is NORMALLY a nice person; even to nice people HUGE MISTAKES happen and I cannot at ALL see how all the evidence fits together with Amanda not being at the appartment. The clean up, the washing machine running, the cell phones, the bloody footprints - it just doesn't fit with the 'I was at Raffaele's'-story. I mean, can you not open your eyes? This is NOT about not liking Americans or incompetent Italians, I mean, grow up and take a look at the FACTS!

I've got to agree with milwida. A perfect example is Philip Markoff, the med student who was recently arrested for murder in New York. No prior arrests; everyone said he was such a nice young man. Even his fiancee had no clue about his dark side.

I suppose it might be possible to raise a reasonable doubt about some of the physical evidence here, but on the whole it is pretty convincing. Add that to the numerous lies told by the defendents, and it sure looks like they were involved.

@DickyHertz I kno this is a old post but Phillip Markoff wasent arrested in New york, he killed a New york model but he was from Boston Mass and he killed her And Attemped to tie up and possibly kill another girl in Boston Mass and Warwick RI.

Why are there NO DEFENSIVE wounds on MK if she had only ONE attacker? She was a strong girl and would have fought for her life! BEcause she was held down!

Who then moved the body hours later and then staged a break in? Rudy was out clubbing and then skipped the borders! So it WASNT him!

How did AK know that there was sexual assault? How did she know MK bled slowly!? There was NO autopsy report at this stage so NO ONE else knew these things!
