  • you wanna tell the mum of the soldier, killed by a mortar round, that 10.000$ are to much to save the live of her son ?

    In addition .. what do you think, will it cost when the mortar round will blow up in the base, to rebuild everything gettin destroyed.

  • looks like balad- those things sounded like it was going off in my bathroom-hell of a way to get woke up. and always wondered if those things were so good how come they was all t-walled and sandbagged like fort knox

  • @daf867 they're exploding bullets, no large deadly rounds would come down

  • @Malunat13 yep. CIWS are designed to take out missiles zoning in on ships, so a flying mortar round, provided it can be effectively tracked, shouldn't be too difficult to take out.
