A huge respect to these guys. They are all an big inspiration to us. They started it all in bodybuilding.

These guys where all inspiration to Arnold Schwarzenegger, Lou Ferrigno, Serge Nubret and more.

Developing such a body like that in their time was much harde than today. Today we got a lot of supplements and stuff.

In their time everything was much harder! They have put very much pressure.

So give these guys a huge respect!

  • Todays bodybuilders are just oversized juice freaks who like Steve Reeves said have missed the whole point of body building.

  • Without these guys, the men you named wouldn't have even known what bodybuilding was.

  • Hi great video, very inspiring. was wondering if you could add names to it? Would love to know who's who. I think they've earned it. Thanks so much!

  • @alexisbrooke08 That's why bodybuilding should be a lifestyle, not a competitive sport, because there is nothing to compete with. We can all achieve peak fitness level by hard work, limited only by the nature. Some get more buff, some less, over that limit comes chemistry.
