This works with tritton, turtle beaches or any other headset with the asme connectors. Plug the USB in your xbox (or TV if possible) then plug in your 3.5mm green cable into your TV. If you dont have a headphone socket on your Tv do what the video says. The method I said was from a guy on youtube. Hope this helps.
