Yes, don't snitch. Keep your neighborhood rife in crime and danger! By all means! Because stupid is as stupid does.
In MY neighborhood, if you break the law, we are going to snitch on you in a hot second.
THAT is why MY neighborhood is a clean safe place. The last robbery was over a decade ago, and that guy came out of the house to be greeted by a half dozen neighbors with guns.
No drugs sold, not much littering, no robbery & certainly no drive bys.
SMART people snitch. Every time.

it's not snitching. people need to do the right thing. that is giving a name or description if they are a witness to the crime. black people cry racisim when police can't solve crimes in their neighborhoods because the witnesses won't give a name or description. but until they do that the crime rate will go higher, people will make excuses and white people will continue to be blamed instead of the blame going where it should be.
