I wouldn't say this was a particularly "easy build". The rcpowers instructions have to be prised out of the forums. For the 10 bucks I think its reasonable to expect assembly documentation to be included in the pdf download. Its a big bird and will be more robust than my hobbyking F-22 - as soon as the rain stops I'll give it a maiden, though its possible this 64mm EDF won't be big enough to get it flying.

  • @hawkskyflier I have a couple videos of this in flight if you check my videos list - initial ducted fan wasn't strong enough but the prop motor I'm using now does the trick. Its a nice slow flyer and a good way to get used to elevon flying if you are at all interested in going fast with a funjet, parkjet or similar. I've now discovered SPAD scratch building - much cheaper since I can get a huge 1200x1700mm sheet of corflute for $20. Looking to build the Mugi Evo out of it.

  • Hey Graenet, just found your site. I agree, Dave Powers or Scott Lott should include a build video for the money we both just spent on these plans! Oh well, my buddy build this about 4 months ago with never knowing how to build one... and did great. I should have mine build in about a week.... work and stuff are in the way, go figure. Hope to see ur flight video soon. HSF. jc
