@clipboardcrotch I've read the Bhagavad Gita, which this move is based on, and it isn't a Zen movie. The book itself is the guidebook for the Hindu peoples in India. Its like a long story, but interestingly enough it has their teachings in it, as Arjuna, the character which is Junah in this film, talks to Krishna throughout, Bagger.

@edychppt a lot of people say that why is it because it gets you ready or what?

I just have to say one word about this movie WOW I see this video everytime before I go play a round of golf

@BringthePain1000 Actually the book is more about Eastern Mysticism than Christianity. Maybe Mysticism is the wrong word. I guess Zen would be more appropriate. Read the book. It is far better than the movie.

@cmc10101 My better half who doesn't play golf sent me a link to this clip. She understands the meaning of the speech and I told her that is what Golf is about. She laughed at the concept of Golf, It is a zen experience when played right.

@jpemmerson what you say reminds me of Forrest Gump.
this movie is about far more than golf, its about life.. golf is the tool used to get the message over... the finding of inner peace and harmony in the most unlikely of places... at times when you need it most..
what a beautiful film, ive seen non better...
