  • its a cool story, but i read the book and was kind of dissapointed

  • I thought Maddow and MSBC were supposed to be liberal, and now tey're doing commercials for the MIC complex trying to get people to enlist.

  • If you invade for oil then don't complain when your kids come home in a box.

  • @orozcoyt With all due respect, I believe the CCT that he was referring to was the one who was inserted with Captain Amerine at the very beginning of their mission, Alex I believe is his name. The incident of Friendly Fire that you are referring to though came into place when their Headquarters Detachment with Fox, Bolduc, and Smith came into their Area of Operations and when trying to practice using the JDAM, accidentally called it onto their position instead.

  • @shartasticful I know. She was remarkably respectful, and unlike any other pundit I've seen, use all the correct military terminology. That alone is applaudable

  • I have never been a Maddow fan but she was extremely professional here. I would thank her if I was to see her.....

  • @rolotomosy82 haha i thought the same thing!!! the true unsung heroes

  • @rolotomosy82

    Shut up keyboard warrior

  • To rolotomosy82....They were probably being nice because their CCT called a jdam on their position killing and injuring team members. It's in the book.

  • What they don't tell you and the two men being interviewed should have brought up, is that an Air Force Combat controller was with them and was responsible for probably 99% of the Taliban's casualties. This due to his expert training in calling in air strikes. Combat controllers are also special forces.
