Beat the following Duelist:
Impachi (shown from this vid)
Blazing Impachi
Woodborg Impachi
You'll unlock Kozaky and Woodborg Impachi in world championship mode.
You'll then be on a quest for a missing treasure, and the Cave from world 3, Civilization will be open.

I don't think anyone could have gotten any stronger unless they have used an AR to give the access to cards that aren't yet unlock from other packs. I mean I could easily finish off this guy now, but this is back then.
