I think so. I really don't think hammerhead has a better kart, just better advertising.

It goes 45mph on pavement, with a UNI filter and performance plug wire and an iridium spark plug. So stock it probably goes 40-42mph. To me thats pretty fast for a 500lb buggy. I'm happy with the speed.

Yah, some people think it's a 250cc because of the big stainless steel exhaust pipe.
