Great day w/ Everglades Adventures w/Captain Mark Clemons - Stubborn Tom

Crazy Hunt! Unbelievable video! "Everglades Adventures" guide trip w/ Captain Mark Clemons. I JUST shot this 20lb Gobbler - AND before I could start the camera, two deer walked out into the field within 20 seconds of the gun going off. The video shows my downed 'dominant' gobbler and one PISSED of Tom pouncing on his Ex-Leader - and one more younger male who's really wanting to get the hell out of there. The Tom that was 2nd in line in the flock is taking advantage of his injured leader and is kicking his ass. Then, the video shows 2 does meander out into the clearing, completely oblivious to just happened. This type of stuff is what Capt Mark said what could happen if you don't leave your blind after you shoot your prey. Too many people take their shot, kill the prey and run out to get their kill. That's a big 'no no' in the woods!

This video get a lot crazier. Mark wanted us to get this on video in order to educate us all on what happens when we make an effort not to educate the wildlife. Meaning - don't teach the wildlife to make the connection between Gunshots and Humans - Dead Turkeys and Things that walk on Two Feet - Gunshots and the Smell of Humans... etc.... You get the point. Take your time and be smart about it!
