  • @Vacmasterthegreat Building a car is adding Injectors and EcuTek? Naw bro... I know a fella who took an 03 WRX with a straight through and panel filter who made 20WHP more with a base map on the dyno, and IMO the WRX is an average car, and those are average mods. Not hating, though.

  • I have a nearly stock Civic and I'd dyno it just for shits... like, why not? Is it gonna cause a global disaster or something? It's his decision to put it on the dyno so let it be.

  • lol oh well an excuse to upgrade. :-)

  • sounds like the rear diff shit itself..

  • @Vacmasterthegreat Yeah I was looking at it in a different perspective. I agree.

  • @iTxD oh I'm well aware of the use of dynos. been growing up with performance cars, but I was commenting on why some idiots with average cars and no real performance upgrades bother doing dyno tunes. if someone took the time to properly "build" a car and upgrade injectors, computer and such, that's completely different than someone who takes a average looking car and puts a ricer muffler on it and thinks he's something, if you understand.

  • @Vacmasterthegreat Um, because essentially there's such as thing as performance in cars and not always looks. After modifying it, intake, downpipe, ECU, exhaust, injectors, fuel pumps etc... are all added in your car. a nice tune "dyno" to give it it's extra.... boost of energy. Sorry for sounding like a dick.

  • @seri267 Go fast?

  • Why do people with cars that have exhaust that does the talking bother putting their cars on dynos? It's a waste of time to find out your "tricked out" rocket isn't that good.

  • is there nothing a vtec can do???
