When I was being taught evolution, the first thing my teacher asked was for us to define the word "theory". He explained to us how the definition can differ and for science, being a theory is just like what you said. I was happy to have a teacher like that.

@mcarlucci2 No no no, we didn't come from chimps. Humans share the same ancestors as chimps, as well as most of our DNA. If you had gone to high school you may have known that. You may also have learned to spell the words; Your, You're and Because. Hit the books, and some day you might understand. Also remember... only Creationists came from monkeys.

hey if u clowns want to think that u came from a long line of apes and chimps...well that must mean that ur an ape or a chimp eh? ur all gorillas? no ur not, ur human and advanced. all our fingerprints are different cuz the creator meant for all of us to be unique. we have souls, animals do not. stfu and snap out of this scientific stupidity

@mcarlucci2 Chimpanzees, gorillas, and humans are all apes, just so you know. Otherwise I would refer you to Ecclesiastes 3:21.

@j919or Yes, scientists are honest enough to admit when they don't know something. Too bad religious leaders aren't honest to admit that they don't know how life came to be either. They certainly won't admit that faith offers no way to find that out. Only science can provide answers that are verifiably correct. Religion can only lie about it.
