See who's raiding your home (or the fridge). [ http://www.chinavasion.com/g6x3 ]. The problem with security systems? They don't let you know what's going on in your house when they go off. Here's a home security system that sorts that out.
Who would like this: People who want to feel secure about their home but don't want to buy a complete home security system. People who want to know what's going on in their home when they're not there.
What eBay keywords can I use:
home security system, home alarm, home security, security systems, security camera, security alarm, wireless security camera, wireless home security system, wireless alarm, motion detector, motion sensor, motion light sensor, PIR sensor, system security
The home alarm is usually pretty good for scaring the bejesus out of your neighborhood burglar. Not to mention your cat, bird, and the kid who just wants to get his ball from your balcony.
A wireless security camera can be pretty good too. But only if you're in the house. What solution is there for the jumpy types who want to know what's going on all the time?
Wholesale electronics company, Chinavasion has come up with a potential solution. A security camera armed with a PIR sensor that trips a security alarm but also send a mms picture of the 'intruder' to your phone.
The actual wireless home security system is fairly easy to set up... requiring you just to hook the PIR motion detector (aka security camera) to a wall plug the motion light sensor in to a mains adaptor, put in the GPRS enabled SIM card. Program that number into your cell phone and send the wireless alarm a SMS to get it going. Then you're ready to roll.
The potential for it could be huge as more than just system security... tyrannical parents could use it to check that their kids were actually studying for example and not sneaking out for extramural activites... or flatmates could use it to make sure that nobody steals pieces of their favorite cake cooked specially for them by a loved one. Truly a motion detector worth having.

Do these work in the US? I've had some issues with GSM products in this country. Is it quad band? (800,900,1800,1900)
