org-mode is a great way of organizing thoughts in text, but sometimes it's a good idea to let your mind work more visually. This is a little mind-mapping program I wrote that allows you to create a mind-map and then copy and paste it directly into org-mode as text. In the video here I create a simple mind-map for things I need to do this weekend. I create the mind-map primarily using the keyboard. The mind-map lays itself out as I type. I'm able to create a tree of ideas, cross-link them and add notes to them. Then I copy and paste it directly into Emacs org-mode, complete with LateX formating.
